Portal features, journals, calendar, and community require either a coaching level or an active membership from day one. Foundations Collection playbooks each unlock 30 days of full access, stacking with every purchase you make. For ongoing access, Ocean Flow is a membership at £11.11 a month, billed from the day you join, no trial period — though your first playbook is completely free on its own. Without a coaching level or an active membership, you’ll still have access to the curriculum itself, just not the wider portal features. Ocean Flow can be started or stopped month to month, whenever suits you.

Once you choose a coaching level, you’ll be contacted to schedule your first session. Weekly live calls follow the cadence for your level.

Retreat access follows the real calendar for that destination, shown at the time of booking. You’ll receive confirmation and any pre-arrival details well ahead of your dates.

Some higher coaching levels and retreats offer payment plans instead of one upfront payment. Where available, this is shown alongside the price.
