Days 46–67
Belong
Find your tribe. Build real connections. Feel at home anywhere.
From isolated and extracted from — to certain you're held by real relationships.
EBLD — Extraction-Based Living Disorder
(Output Demands × Boundary Absence × Receiving Blocks) ÷ (Container Quality × Relationship Integrity)
Giving that exceeds capacity without replenishment — depletion from relationships built on transaction rather than truth. Eases with real boundaries, a container that holds you, and honest relationships.

Immersion 7 — Organized Planning
Crown Chakra“Why am I building this and how will I bring it into form?”
- Purpose, higher vision and legacy.
- Planning, contribution and structure.
- Idea to Form: Thought → Idea → Vision → Plan → Action → Form → Growth.
Health Flow: Realise
This week’s action: Choose one idea and convert it into a dated, owned and measurable action plan.
“Ideas are the beginning points of all fortunes.”— Think and Grow Rich, Organized Planning
- A desire stays a wish until it's backed by a definite, organized plan of action.
- If your first plan fails, that's information, not defeat, replace it with a new plan and keep going.
- The right people working together (a Master Mind alliance) multiply what any one plan can achieve alone.

Immersion 8 — Decision
Throat Chakra“What decision will move me forward?”
- Fear, safety and scarcity.
- Family conditioning, permission and external approval.
- Autonomy, values, evidence and responsibility.
Health Flow: Reclaim
This week’s action: Make one delayed decision and document the reason, trade-offs and next action.
“Procrastination, the opposite of decision, is a common enemy which practically every man must conquer.”— Think and Grow Rich, Decision
- People who succeed tend to reach decisions quickly and firmly, and change them slowly, if at all.
- Indecision and procrastination are named as twin enemies that have to be recognised before they can be beaten.
- Keep a new plan private from people who'll discourage it before it's had a real chance.

Immersion 9 — Persistence
Heart Chakra“How do I keep going, even when it's hard?”
- Persistence, consistency and completion.
- Adaptability without abandoning purpose.
- Creative resilience and desire versus temporary motivation.
Health Flow: Realise
This week’s action: Choose one unfinished meaningful commitment and define the smallest repeatable action toward completion.
“Persistence is to the character of man as carbon is to steel.”— Think and Grow Rich, Persistence
- Persistence isn't a fixed trait, it's a state of mind built from definiteness of purpose, self-reliance, and burning desire.
- Most people quit at the first real setback, often right before the breakthrough they were working toward.
- Weak desire produces weak results, the same way a small fire gives off little heat.
Leading Real Conversations
Belonging starts with how you actually show up in conversation — building rapport, gathering intelligence, and leading with heart-centred influence. That full practice now lives together in one place: The Lead Current.
Explore The Lead Current →Real transformation doesn't happen alone in a room. Let yourself be held by the people going through this with you.
